Their mission is the evangelism and discipleship of the youth of Hungary and Central Europe through means consistent with the Bible, for the building up and strengthening of the Church of Jesus Christ - with excellence, with enthusiasm, with integrity, and with a servant's heart.

►WOL’s summer English camp is a key component of their work and our team will work there from July 7-20. The purpose is that the kids would have a chance to hear English from native speakers and personal interaction to reach them with the Gospel.

The first time the entire team was together
was the weekend in the middle of the trip.


Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful mission trip.  Our flight over was uneventful and I thank God for His protection.  I was full of excitement for this is the first time my entire family has been able to serve on a mission trip together.  To God I give all the glory.  Upon arrival in Budapest, we were greeted warmly by Ildeko (Bela's wife)...  She has been a wonderful hostess inspite of her many responsibilities.  The Word of Life property is impressive and the castle is beautiful.  It is great to see how committed the counselors are to the mission. I can see God at work all around us!   They do whatever is needed in order to provide a place where teenagers can learn about Him.  Sometimes all a teen needs is for someone to listen. The camp counselors are an asset to the ministry. Teaching English with Efrim and Joi has proven to be fun.  Our students appear to be enjoying themselves, but not nearly as much as I am.
